Round-trip shuttle from Art Village to the Showcase venue

This optional transfer service is available for guests who wish to travel with us from the dance studio to the venue. Seats are extremely limited.
 
➤ Departure: Art Village Dance Studio (Via Aurelia 244, 00165 Roma) – 18:00
➤ Return: Wood Natural Bar, parking area (Via Galla Placidia 184, 00159 Roma) – 24:00
 
Seats are assigned randomly, and all bookings will be listed under the name used in the purchase.
If you book more than one ticket, all seats will be registered under your name.

✧ Please be mindful:
If you're based in Rome and have access to your own transportation, we warmly encourage you to leave the transfer seats for international dancers and guests, who may have no other way to reach the venue without relying on taxis ♡
 
❗ The shuttle cannot wait for latecomers — please be on time :)

❗✶ Purchasing the transfer does NOT guarantee a table reservation at the Enchanted Showcase venue — the two bookings are completely separate.
 The Showcase is free to attend, but you still need to reserve a table at the venue

Questo servizio di transfer è facoltativo e disponibile per chi desidera raggiungere la location dello Showcase insieme a noi, partendo dallo studio di danza.
I posti sono estremamente limitati.
 
➤ Partenza: Art Village Dance Studio (Via Aurelia 244, 00165 Roma) – ore 18:00
➤ Ritorno: Wood Natural Bar, area parcheggio (Via Galla Placidia 184, 00159 Roma) – ore 24:00
 
I posti sono assegnati casualmente, e tutte le prenotazioni verranno registrate con il nome utilizzato durante l'acquisto. Se acquisti più di un biglietto, tutti i posti verranno registrati a tuo nome.

✧ Se vivi a Roma e hai un mezzo per spostarti in autonomia, ti invitiamo con il cuore a lasciare i posti sul transfer alle danzatrici e agli spettatori internazionali, che potrebbero non avere altro modo per raggiungere la location se non affidandosi a taxi  ♡
 
❗ La navetta non potrà attendere eventuali ritardatari — è responsabilità degli ospiti presentarsi puntuali :)
❗✶ Acquistare il transfer NON garantisce la prenotazione del tavolo per assistere allo Showcase — le due prenotazioni sono completamente separate.
Lo Showcase è gratuito, ma è comunque obbligatorio riservare un tavolo presso la location.
