ECLISSI, a L.U.N.A. Module
LUNA - Lucid Understanding of Natural Alignment -  is a movement framework built on gravity, timing, and the body’s natural cycles of release and expansion.
Rather than a thematic concept, LUNA provides clear and applicable training tools: targeted technical drills, dynamic contrast work, and reusable choreographic structures designed to strengthen precision, control, and adaptability.
Within this framework, ECLISSI explores shadow mechanics and contrast: an eclipse is not disappearance, it is occlusion. In movement terms, this translates into interruption, suspension, redirection, and sudden shifts of dynamics.
This workshop focuses on:
✶ controlled suspension and delayed release
✶ sharp dynamic cuts within fluid phrases
✶ contrast between expansion and compression
✶ tension management without rigidity
✶ visibility and concealment through spatial design
A central component of ECLISSI is the study of arm architecture and layered dynamics.
We will work on arms not as decoration, but as structural tools: framing, obscuring, interrupting and redirecting movement pathways.
Specific training includes:
✶ articulated arm pathways with dynamic restraint
✶ upper-body and arm layering over grounded lower-body patterns
✶ staggered timing between torso, arms, and traveling steps
✶ compression/expansion layering (small internal work under larger external lines)
✶ precision in isolations while maintaining fluid transitions

The choreographic material developed in class emphasizes contrast architecture: phrases that “cover” and “reveal,” expand and retract, suspend and strike, building intensity through control rather than excess.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration & Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, unless the event takes place within that period. After 14 days from purchase, tickets, workshop passes, intensives and performance project fees are non-refundable.
2. Transfers
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket or workshop to another participant at the same price or lower. The organizer must be notified in writing (email: valenteena.info@gmail.com) at least 48 hours before the event. The original buyer remains responsible until the transfer is confirmed by the organization.
3. Event Changes & Force Majeure
The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, teachers, or program structure if necessary. In case of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, illness of instructors, travel disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control), the event may be postponed or adapted. Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases, but alternative solutions will be offered where possible.
4. Liability
Participation in workshops and activities is voluntary. By registering, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate in dance training. The organizer and instructors are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or theft of personal belongings during the event.
5. Intellectual Property
All choreographies, class materials, combinations, and teaching content remain the intellectual property of the respective instructors. Video recording of classes is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized. Materials shared with participants are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, reproduced, or sold.
